Why Should I Visit a Chiropractor?

rosedalewellness • October 17, 2019

There are many reasons a person may choose to visit a chiropractor. The mere thought of considering chiropractic care for improved health is a step in the right direction.

If you were involved in a car accident and you experience headaches, dizziness, and pain in your neck or back then choosing to see a chiropractor at Rosedale Wellness Centre can be the first step to recovery and improved quality of life. Chiropractic care is the best comprehensive non-invasive treatment for those suffering from whiplash injuries. After an accident, Chiropractors in Rosedale will perform a complete evaluation including an examination, order the appropriate tests and/or imaging studies, and create a complete treatment of chiropractic care for you. You can be seeking medical treatment simultaneously, so that you receive the best care available.

Additionally, if you sit or stand for long periods of time at your job and you find it is difficult to find a comfortable position and you feel drained by the end of your work shift, then chiropractors at Yonge and Bloor in Rosedale can support your needs. Chiropractic care includes a complete posture analysis along with instruction on how to strengthen weakened muscles and prevent repetitive injuries. Rosedale chiropractic will work with you and educate you on how to make your working hours more comfortable and less physically stressful.

Sometimes headaches can prevail without incident from either a car accident or poor posture at work. And sometimes these headaches don’t respond well to medical treatment. Migraine and other headaches may be a sign that the nerves in your cervical spine are compressed. Chiropractors in Rosedale can relieve nerve compression, align your vertebrae so proper nerve flow may be restored, and as a result, headaches are resolved.

People can experience pain seemingly for no reason, or at least no recollection of the catalyst for the pain. If pain starts in your low back or your hip and radiates down the back of your leg then it is a good idea to seek consultation and treatment from chiropractors in Rosedale. Any pain that radiates is an indication that the nerve supplying that area is involved. Chiropractors at Yonge and Bloor can determine why the pain exists and create your chiropractic care plan to relieve the pain and begin the healing.

Our bodies are complex mechanisms and sometimes your body aches all over from head to toe from previous injuries or mysterious reasons. Any pain that radiates is an indication that the nerve supplying that area is involved. Chiropractors in Rosedale will examine you and take a comprehensive history to determine how to best address all these aches and pains using natural methods of pain relief.

The updated fees help us continue to: Attract and retain experienced healthcare practitioners Support ongoing education and professional development Invest in treatment equipment, technology and clinical resources Maintain our treatment rooms, rehabilitation facilities and clinic environment Provide strong front-desk and administrative support Continue offering a broad range of healthcare services under one roof These investments allow our practitioners and staff to focus on what matters most — your health, your recovery and your experience at Rosedale Wellness Centre.
