We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment, but understand that cancellations happen.

Here’s what you need to know about the Rosedale Wellness Cancellation Policy:

We ask that all sessions or appointments at Rosedale Wellness Centre are cancelled or modified with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Why?


Our facilities are very busy, and several of our therapists have waitlists of future clients hoping to receive their care. 


Advanced cancellations allow for equitable and widespread treatment access. 


Last-minute cancellations or re-schedules hinder the ability of our administrative team to fill these appointments with other clients, reducing the efficiency of our staff and facilities, and most importantly, the treatment outcomes of our patients.


Appointments or sessions that are cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 


After three or more late cancellations or no-shows, the client will be required to pay the full amount of their missed appointment before future bookings will be accepted.
