Suky Sim

Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner


Suky began her career as an RMT in 2015. After years of treating patients, she decided to return to school to study Osteopathy. She was classically trained and in 2019 received her degree in Manual Osteopathy. She loves the challenge of searching for the root causes of pain and limitations in her patients. Suky continues to appreciate the natural healing of the body and the need for balance and rehabilitation. Suky is an active professional member of the National Manual Osteopathic Society and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is currently enrolled in Traditional Chinese Medicine courses to further her studies.

Canadian College of Massage Therapy; Stott Rehabilitation Pilates level 1 and 2; Advanced Reflexology courses; Thai Yoga Massage courses; Certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner; Bachelor of Education degree from abroad


Specialization:

Postural dysfunction and related tension, deep tissue techniques incorporating with myofascial release, reflexology (feet, hands and ears), manual lymphatic drainage, accupressure (unblocking of vital energy), Thai Yoga dynamic stretching, trigger point treatment

Hobbies/Interests:

Perfecting sushi making techniques, animal and plant lover (including dinosours) and dancing (possibly K-pop too)
