What Do The Sessions Look Like?

  1. Your therapist will connect with you face-to-face by video call to assess your condition and answer your questions to get to the root of the problem.
  2. You will be provided with a step by step customized home exercise program; clear instructions on stretching; and self-administration of soft-tissue massage.
  3. You will be provided Education on activity and lifestyle modifications in order to treat and prevent a large variety of conditions.
  4. You will receive an ergonomic review to see if your workstation at home can be modified to reduce any unnecessary strain on your body

Exercise therapy and education are two very important tools that Physiotherapists utilize. These two items are proven to help prevent future injuries and support old or present ones. All of which can be done through a virtual video chat!

  2. If you are a new patient we will email you an intake form and an invite to a video chat called Google Hangout will be sent.
  3. Payment Upon Completion.

Rosedale Wellness Direct Billing patients will automatically be billed to their insurer with copayments charged to their credit card on file.
