Jo Ann was a member The Royal Canadian Air Force, a Nortel Industrial Engineering Technician and an advertising and marketing -production manager. After her retirement she started teaching Tai Chi and Qigong at the Classical Martial Arts Centre in Toronto, at the St.Hilda's Retirement Home and at Rosedale Wellness Centre. In her spare time Jo Ann enjoys reading , going to the movies, theater and the symphony.
Esther graduated from The University of Toronto with Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and International Relations. In 2001 Esther became a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. In 2010 she completed her Alexander Technique course from the Toronto School of Alexander Technique. In her spare time she likes to explore the Buddhist mindfulness practice as taught by the Thich Nhat Hanh Foundation. Esther enjoys spending time with family and friends experiencing the multitude of ethnic cuisine in the city.
Dan graduated in 2009 from Brock University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. After graduation Dan worked for two years in a physiotherapy clinic focusing on exercise protocol and progression. He also traveled to western Europe for a month. In his spare time Dan is continuing his education by attending seminars and classes. His interests included resistance training, core strengthening and playing sports such as golf, tennis, hockey and soccer.
Alisha graduated in 2009 from The University of Waterloo with Honours in Kinesiology (Pre-Health). After graduation Alisha taught spinning and group fitness classes at a gym. She is a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. In her spare time she enjoys spending as much time as she can outdoors walking or riding her bike and doing Yoga and Pilates.
