Mara Chaplin

BAHSc Athletic Therapy, B.Sc (K), B.A., CAT(C)

Mara graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Arts in German and a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology in 2003.  She graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Athletic Therapy) with Honours in 2007.  She has been doing field coverage for hockey, football, soccer, lacrosse and rugby teams and has worked as a set medic on several movie and TV sets.  She works with professional tennis players covering the ITF Tevlin Challenger and Futures tournaments.  She  also works with wheelchair tennis players. She is a Can-Fit Pro Personal Trainer.  Mara is the Head Athletic Therapist for Canada's Women Floorball National Team and U19 Women's Floorball Team.  In her spare time she enjoys sports, traveling, the opera and spending time with family and friends.
