Esther graduated from The University of Toronto with Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and International Relations. In 2001 Esther became a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. In 2010 she completed her Alexander Technique course from the Toronto School of Alexander Technique. In her spare time she likes to explore the Buddhist mindfulness practice as taught by the Thich Nhat Hanh Foundation. Esther enjoys spending time with family and friends experiencing the multitude of ethnic cuisine in the city.
